Terms and Conditions of Participation

Raffle from the brand Johnny Urban of the company Ecom Brands GmbH

These terms and conditions of participation refer to the raffle of the brand Johnny Urban of the company Ecom Brands GmbH, Am Rödingsmarkt 31-33, 20459 Hamburg (hereinafter "Organizer"). Participation in the raffle is exclusively governed by these terms and conditions. The raffle is not connected in any way to Meta and is not organized or supported by Meta in any way. 

1) Duration of the raffle
The raffle runs from May 2, 2026 to May 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the raffle online.

2) Raffle process
During the raffle period, a new Instagram story will be published daily at 12:00 PM on the @johnnyurban channel. Participation in the raffle takes place by liking the respective raffle story of the day, following the @johnnyurban Instagram channel, commenting on any post published during the raffle period, and agreeing to these terms and conditions of participation.

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

Only one submitted entry per participant will participate in the raffle. It is prohibited to use multiple accounts to increase the chances of winning. Participation in the raffle is free of charge. 

3) Eligible participants
Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland and are at least 18 years old. Participation is not limited to customers of the Organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of a product or service. Should a participant have limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the raffle and employees of the Organizer as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the raffle. Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example:

(a) manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the raffle,
(b) violations of these terms and conditions of participation,
(c) unfair conduct or
(d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the raffle.

4) Prize, notification, and prize delivery 

The raffle includes ten prizes (one prize per day), each with the following content:

1x Johnny Urban product from the online shop (https://johnny-urban.de/) of choice.

The winner will be determined after the closing date for entries in a random draw among all participants.

The winner will be informed promptly via an Instagram direct message.

The winner must contact Johnny Urban via Instagram direct message within 24 hours. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be transferred by the Organizer to another participant.

The prize will be delivered via digital delivery at the Organizer's expense exclusively to the winner or to the winner's legal representative. An exchange, self-collection, or cash payment of the prize is not possible. Any costs associated with claiming the prize (travel expenses, etc.) shall be borne by the winner. The prize, in the form of a booking confirmation, will be delivered digitally via email within 7 days of the winner's announcement.

5) Premature termination of the raffle
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. The Organizer will particularly exercise this option if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, a proper execution of the raffle cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the Organizer may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.

6) Data protection
To participate in the raffle, it is necessary to provide personal data. If the participant participates in the raffle by providing their Instagram username, their further personal data will be requested if this participant wins.

The participant assures that the personal data provided by them, in particular first and last name, address, and email address, are truthful and correct.

The Organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use. This excludes shipping service providers if a prize needs to be sent by mail to participants.

All email addresses and voluntarily provided data of the participants will be collected and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining winners. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the raffle. Participants are entitled to the statutory rights of access, amendment, and revocation. 7) Revocation
Participants are free to request the deletion of their registration data and thus withdraw from participation at any time by sending a revocation to support@johnny-urban.de.

8) Liability
Claims for possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors are to be asserted exclusively against them. The Organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor or the consequences arising therefrom for the execution of the raffle.

The Organizer is not liable for the contributions of the participants with which they participate in the raffle.

The Organizer points out that the promotion may be terminated or a post or posts may be removed due to external circumstances and constraints, without any claims arising for the participants against the Organizer.

The Organizer is only liable for damages caused by the Organizer, its legal representatives or vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or by the breach of essential contractual obligations in connection with the execution of the raffle.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the Organizer shall only be liable for the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the objective of the actions and on whose observance the participants can regularly rely. Liability for damages arising from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected. 

9) Contact, Applicable Law

The Organizer's raffle is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

10) Severability Clause
Should a provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby.
