By participating in our contest, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in this statement, which you provide to us for the purpose of participation.

For a contest in our webshop or on our social media, we generally process the following data:
Address, full name, email address, date of birth.

Purpose of data processing
The purpose of data processing is to conduct the contest. This includes verifying eligibility for participation and determining the winner. Participation in the contest is only possible if you provide us with the aforementioned data, as otherwise we would not be able to contact you regarding a prize notification.

The winner will be notified via personal direct message on Johnny Urban's social media or by email.

From the winner, we will request the following data as part of the contest, which we will not publish:

Postal address,
First and last name,
Email address,
Date of birth.

The personal data provided by participants in the contest will be collected, stored, and used for the purpose of conducting and processing the contest, and passed on to a shipping service provider for prize delivery. In some cases, the prize will also be sent by email, for example, if it is a voucher.

By participating in one of our contests, you consent to the data processing for the stated purposes. Data processing is therefore carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Other recipients of your data
In some cases, we commission data processors for winner determination or contest execution. Otherwise, we do not pass on your data to unauthorized third parties without your explicit consent.

Storage period
We delete the data collected in the contest at the latest three weeks after all prizes have been delivered. We must store the winner's data until this point due to statutory retention periods.
